After being though this whole ordeal of perirectal abscesses, I have learned one important thing. I keep my butt clean at all times. I find it amazing that we spend an enormous amount of time brushing our teeth, gargling with mouthwash and sucking on mints to keep a fresh mouth. But when it comes to our butt, we give it a couple of wipes with toilet paper, pull up our underwear and hope for the best. I guess it's because we don't smell each others butt like we do each others breath. We just let the washing machine clean the skivy marks in the underwear at a later time. Nobody will ever know. Right? Your butt after all is a very important and needed part of your body. Don't treat it like an ass, give it some respect. You should never have dirty underwear if you keep yourself clean. Your butt (just like your mouth) is a toxic place of bacteria that can grow and spread all over your hind-end. Consider spending the extra time to keep your butt as clean as you do your mouth, and allot of problems back there will just go away.
